This morning, Lisa brought samples of the fruits, veggies, and herbs she's growing
organically in
Paya's garden. In the photo above one can appreciate basil, cherry tomatoes, a sweet pepper, chili peppers, and chives. One goal of our
Green and Organic effort is to supply our restaurant with as much locally grown, organic produce and herbs as we possibly can. A labor of love for our good health and our planet.
