update: the black iguana

With the mid-June construction "deadline" rapidly approaching, building efforts at the Black Iguana beach bar have accelerated. The new venue on Bliss Beach sits on a privileged location some twenty feet (seven meters) above beach level. This five-star location offers unparalleled views of the beach, the plunge pool, the bay, the Mesoamerican barrier reef, and surrounding rock formations. It's a sweet spot for a beach bar.
