It is so important that you are grateful for everything in your life. Many people focus on the one thing they want and then forget to be grateful for all the things they have. Without gratitude you cannot achieve anything through the law of attraction, because if you are not emanating gratitude from your being, then by default you are emanating ungratefulness. Be proactive and use the frequency of your being to receive what you want.- lessons from The Secret

I've noticed that circles are the theme with this week's Reology retreat. The awesome sand sculpture was created on Bliss Beach by "Enough," a retreat participant.

stardust
Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded. And, the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand. It really is the most poetic thing I know about physics: You are all stardust.—Lawrence Krauss, “A Universe from Nothing,” 2012

not a four seasons
We love this place! It's not a Four Seasons, but the people who work here and the people you meet here are like people you'd find at a Four Seasons. Interacting with your staff members has been one of the best parts of our experience.- Alex and Gianfranco, special guests who have been with us for two weeks
a new year, a new adventure
Here at Paya Bay, right after midnight on January 1st, we gave the "remains" of 2014 a proper Antyesti (Hindu burial). We welcome the new Sun Year before us with a clean slate and with open arms, open hearts, and open minds. We wish everyone a 2015 full of love, peace, joy, and personal fulfillment!
