Hiking in the National Park

This week Paya Bay is hosting the April Dechagas Yoga Retreat. Yesterday the yogi group did an afternoon hike in the Port Royal National Park and Wildlife Refuge with Tania Rozsypalova, our East End wellness diva. Located mere minutes from Paya, the park is quite beautiful and the hike offers great vistas from the spine of Roatan Island.

After 5 years of near-perfect service, my old MacBook Pro died towards the end of last month. My sister Sharlene was coming to visit from Texas and picked me up a new one of these amazing machines from Apple. Very happy and grateful for my good fortune!
