Happy was rescued by my dad from a situation that very likely was going to result in his little puppy life ending early. He was malnourished, infested with parasites, and with two paws in the grave. After some meds and a lot of Mom's TLC, he's bouncing back and growing quite quickly. Mom gave him his name because "he always seems so incredibly happy to be getting some food."
