Ignitable iguana. Your malign
Eye’s oily black. Ready to flare…
Daren’t torch your touchpaper.
Ignorant iguana, whose ingenious design,
Like your slow blood, is frozen, stuck in time,
As guano sticks fast to your igneous plinth.
Your forebears forgotten, holocausted by a meteor.
