spiritual theme for 2018

This upcoming year we'll be mindful of the spiritual concept of punarjanma or 'rebirth' here at Paya.

punarhanma

Punarhanma, our newest trail at Paya Bay, is named after the sanskrit word for rebirth. It starts at the Ananda Yoga Pavilion, as it should. It is a spiritual, magical. mystical trail.

"Life is all about perspective. Amazing thing is, we have 100% control over the angle from which we view people, things, events, and circumstances. Sometimes a minor shift of a degree or two can make all the difference. If Life is not rosy for you, question your perspective. After all, with 360 degrees in a circle, there are at least that many possible perspectives on anything. Thinking three-dimensionally, one quickly realizes that the number of possible perspectives on any one life event or circumstance is infinite and - most likely - beyond our immediate comprehension. In this Universe of infinite possibilities, the possibilities we choose become our reality. We must choose wisely."
