We harvest coconuts from hundreds of palms on the property. These nuts are them processed into fresh, organic coconut oil for use in the resort's restaurant. It's part of the Magic of Paya!

This morning I spotted Gerson, a member of Team Paya, husking coconuts that will be used to make organic coconut oil for use in the resort's restaurant. Learn more about the traditional method of making coconut oil.

The Pilards are visiting Paya Bay from France. Here they enjoy some fresh coconut water in the herb garden.

Under the shade of a seagrape tree, Ms. Lucinda husks coconuts to be used in making coconut oil. The mature coconuts are collected on Paya Bay's property. In exchange for processing the nuts, Ms. Lucinda gets 50% of the resulting product to sell, supplementing her income. Paya Bay Resort gets fresh, aromatic, organic coconut oil to use in specific recipes in our kitchen.
