ricas micheladas!

Paya Bay's restaurant and the Black Iguana beach bar are currently serving some exquisite ice-cold Micheladas! Make sure and try these spicy, deliciously-tangy Mexican concoctions on your next visit to Paya! You combine the tomato juice, lime juice, and spices "broth" with your favorite beer in a salted, frozen beer mug. My personal favorite beer for Micheladas is Corona, but they can be made with your favorite local Honduran brew, and those are also smashing!

liquid gold

I love it when our visitors from the Great North come bearing gifts! Julie and Jacob, repeat clients from Canada, brought me some yummy 100% Pure Maple Syrup. Thank you so much, guys! I'm convinced maple syrup plays a part in the reason why North Americans are often such kind, awesome, generous people!
