Paya Bay Resort is hosting April Dechagas's Jivamukti Yoga Retreat January 11-18, 2020! Jivamukti Yoga practices through chanting and inspirational music. Jivamukti classes typically include Sanskrit chanting which integrates scriptural study and bhakti practice with nāda yoga.
