January 2020 Yoga Retreat: Jivamukti in Paradise!

Paya Bay Resort is hosting April Dechagas's Jivamukti Yoga Retreat January 11-18, 2020! Jivamukti Yoga practices through chanting and inspirational music. Jivamukti classes typically include Sanskrit chanting which integrates scriptural study and bhakti practice with nāda yoga. Contrary to many other schools of yoga, Jivamukti teachers generally do not do the postures while they teach a class. Learn More.

Gypset Yoga Retreat

Yesterday we installed new sun shade curtains in the Ananda Yoga Pavilion to lessen the heat impact of the sun in the afternoon hours when the rays are most intense (usually between 3pm and 4:30pm).
