A walk on the east side

On the east side of the Paya Bay property, behind the big beach, there is a wooded area with many interesting species of trees that provide shade and tropical beauty for an exercise walk. The older tress in the area have seen a storm or two.

Hiking in the National Park

A scenic hike in the Port Royal National Park and Wildlife Refuge is a fun and interesting activity you can enjoy at Paya Bay. Hikes are led by Tania Rozsypalova, our Wellness Diva.

Yogis in the national park

This week Paya Bay is hosting the April Dechagas Yoga Retreat. Yesterday the yogi group did an afternoon hike in the Port Royal National Park and Wildlife Refuge with Tania Rozsypalova, our East End wellness diva. Located mere minutes from Paya, the park is quite beautiful and the hike offers great vistas from the spine of Roatan Island.

Hiking the Port Royal National Park with Tania

Tania Rozsypalova, our Wellness diva, shared these photos of her recent hike in the Port Royal National Park with guests from both Paya Bay and Marble Hill Farms. The park is beautiful and the hike along the island's ridgeline offers stunning views of both sides of the island.

Yesterday evening the Gypset yoga retreat group participated in the Fire Island Experience. One of the group members even led a fire ritual. A beautiful, mystical time!
