Hiking the Port Royal National Park with Tania

Tania Rozsypalova, our Wellness diva, shared these photos of her recent hike in the Port Royal National Park with guests from both Paya Bay and Marble Hill Farms. The park is beautiful and the hike along the island's ridgeline offers stunning views of both sides of the island.

Tania Rozsypalova -- our East End yoga goddess -- is back from her journey in foreign lands! Yesterday, in celebrating my birthday, I joined Tania's Sunday Morning Sunshine Yoga session at the Ananda Pavilion. Yoga is AMAZING and I'm so happy and grateful my good friend and her beautiful energy are back for a great Winter Season at Paya!
