This is wrong in so many ways!
First of all, it's foreign interference in the internal affairs of Honduras.
Secondly, our Constitution specifically calls any attempt to reform the bedrock articles that prohibit Presidential re-election as treason to the state.
Third, only the National Congress has the legal right to call a constitutional assembly by majority vote of the deputies. Zelaya was attempting to circumvent our laws by pressing forward with his illegal referendum despite being ordered to cease and desist by our Supreme Court.
