This afternoon we completed the new Misting Station for the Payaná Nature Spa. It's as wonderful and delicious as it looks! When the afternoon sun rays are just right, you find yourself immersed in dozens of mini rainbows! That's the Magic of Paya!

Yesterday, my friend Zulema and I spent late afternoon moments at the chillout station on Shell Beach. The tide was out (more than is typical). I took these photos as we were enjoying the space. It's such an exquisitely beautiful corner of the property.

crete roadtrip: rethymno

Rethymno, the first stop on our Cretan roadtrip, is renown for its labyrinth-like old town and the Venetian 'fortezza' that protected it back in ancient times.

secret cove redone

We've recently put a lot of energy into the hamaca station at Secret Cove. The palapa was re-thatched, a rustic stone floor was added, and new hammocks were installed. This special spot remains one of the best places on the property to enjoy a sunset.
