Brazilian MPs to Zelaya: don't make political use of our embassy

Today six Brazilian congressmen visiting the country urged the deposed President of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, to continue a dialogue with the government of Roberto Micheletti.  They conducted a verification visit to the Brazilian embassy where the former president is holed up.

After meeting with the former president, the parliamentarians said they insisted to Zelaya that he not make political use of their country's embassy in Tegucigalpa.

We expressed that "all communication (within the premises should be) peaceful and moderate to help seek a solution to the crisis."

Translated from El Heraldo
