Guaymuras Talks begin this morning

The government has named the third round of talks to find a solution to the political impasse in Honduras the "Guaymuras Talks." Guaymuras is a former name of Honduras. The dialogue will be held at the Clarion Hotel in Tegucigalpa. A rather large delegation from the OAS will be present to observe and mediate the talks. Each side in the dispute will be represented by three negotiators. The biggest hurdle, of course, is what to do about Manuel Zelaya, who was legally deposed for multiple violations of the Honduran Constitution and Honduran laws, and has arrest warrants pending against him. Hondurans are optimistically hoping a solution can be found.
