Honduras Foreign Minister, Enrique Ortez, stated today that any plane carrying Manuel Zelaya will not be permitted to land anywhere in Honduras. The government is trying to avoid the predicted violence that Zelaya's presence would spark. All streets leading to Tegucigalpa's airport have been blocked by the police and military.
